About Us

Don't just go out - Belong somewhere

We are a social purpose organization dedicated to bringing people together through shared experiences. Whether you're new to the city, recently single, or simply looking to expand your social circle, we offer a warm and inclusive space where friendships can blossom naturally.

Our calendar is built around connection. Join us for high-energy salsa and bachata nights, laid-back board game evenings, karaoke, and language exchanges where you can practice French or Spanish in a relaxed setting. We also love creating special moments throughout the year — themed gatherings, holiday celebrations, and cozy dinners — because everyone deserves a place to feel included.

What makes us different? It's the atmosphere. We work hard to maintain a respectful, pressure-free environment where everyone feels comfortable showing up alone. This is why our classes are in restaurants and bars. While most studios are cold and most social dancing is too loud without a chance to say hello and chat, our classes and socials are structured to create chances specifically for such moments. Most of our members walk in not knowing a single person — and leave with new friends, inside jokes, and plans for the next event.

Come as you are. Leave with community.

La Petite Révolution is a safe inclusive space — we are a decidedly queer, BIPOC, and women friendly space. Which can be difficult to find in dance environments. We take creating a safe space seriously and do not accept discrimination. If you're looking for genuine human connection in Montreal, you're home.
